Inside Space
Located on a quiet corner of the grounds, this beautifully appointed apartment has a genuine feel of space and light throughout. Enhanced by the coastal colour palette and neutral tones, the contemporary styling creates a feel of holiday relaxation.
The wide hallway provides a great spot to dump the bags and explore. Leading off the hallway is a generous master suite with king bed which features a private terrace, ensuite shower room and walk-in closet, creating a tranquil retreat. Adjacent to the master is a bright and welcoming twin bedroom with dual aspect windows, providing views over the gardens and the rooves of the town below. A spacious family bathroom sits opposite, featuring high quality fixtures and fittings, and conveniently placed for guests.
Stepping back into the hallway, all eyes are drawn to the water. Providing a panoramic view of the estuary and the rolling hills of Rock, the open plan living area is a host’s dream. Making the most of the views to the water, the living area is dominated by large French doors which lead out on to a wonderful balcony, a great space for spending family time together. The sleek and modern styling of the kitchen provides ample room for creating those holiday feasts, all while enjoying those spectacular views.
Outside Space
Fish and Ships benefits from two terraces, one from the master suite and the second from the living area. Whilst the rear terrace provides a secluded retreat away from the household, the waterside balcony is a true extension of the living area and is a wonderful viewpoint from which to enjoy the birds-eye view of the ever-changing estuary.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable place. Everything was as described, and the pictures really can’t do the beautiful apartment and view justice. With everything being on one level and a large outside area for unloading, it was perfect for us with a baby and a dog in tow. Despite that, being on the side of a hill means you still feel private and like you are above everything when you are in the flat. Having EV charging with the parking space was also a massive bonus for us. I can’t overstate how well the logistics worked, which is no mean feat in somewhere like Padstow. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Padstow. The apartment lives up to expectations and the view is amazing! The apartment is as described and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. A very easy walk into Padstow with lots of shops and restaurants and to have an apartment with parking in the centre of Padstow is a bonus. The ferry over to Rock runs regularly during the day and saves a long drive round the coast. Communication with the host was very easy and they accommodated our requests. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
