It’s worth noting that we also manage the cottage next door so could be perfect if coming with two families!

10 Tregella is a five-minute drive from the foodie mecca of Padstow, where you can dine in a variety of world-class restaurants, including Rick Steins flagship, the Seafood Restaurant. Padstow is also home to Paul Ainsworth’s highly regarded No 6 and the always buzzing Prawn on The Lawn, as well as an array of seasonal pop-ups. If fine dining isn’t your thing, you can be assured that you are never more than a few metres away from a wide choice of pasty or fish and chip options to keep the whole family fed and happy! If you choose to cook at home, pop to Padstow Farm Shop for a stunning array of locally grown produce, they even have a deli for picnic supplies!
Situated near the mouth of the Camel Estuary, Padstow offers a huge range of activities to tempt the adventurers in your party, including coasteering and paddle boarding, cycling along the renowned Camel Trail cycle path or heading out on a speedboat with Padstow Sea Life Safari. Surf lessons are available on most local beaches or hop on the ferry over to Rock to explore the other side of the estuary. 10 Tregella is a short drive away from some of the UK’s best beaches, so whether you are looking to surf or sunbathe, rockpool or ramble, this stretch of coastline has something for everyone.
Layout
Entering into the ground floor, you begin to appreciate the sense of space and light that fill this property. Decorated in a coastal palette of whites, greys and neutral tones, the bedroom floor is designed to feel restful and bright. A king-sized bedroom lies at the front of the house opposite the family bathroom, and to the rear are the twin and master bedrooms. The spacious master features an ensuite shower room, king sized bed and French doors to the garden which flood this room with natural light.
Follow the stairs up and you enter a beautiful open plan space which fills the top floor of the cottage. With high beamed ceilings and a stylish contemporary interior, this light-filled room is a perfect space for the family to hang out together. Whether planning the days adventures over breakfast, enjoying raucous evening board game competitions, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view, this is a flexible and family friendly area. A well-equipped and modern kitchen sits to the front of the house, featuring a waterfall breakfast bar with seating for two. A large dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of space for the whole family to sit around comfortably. Adding to the light and airy feel, a Juliette balcony off the seating area gives views over the fields, bringing the countryside in!
Out through the master bedroom you find a sunny garden with views out to the countryside. The first portion of the garden has a decked area which leads on to a sloped lawn and the whole garden is enclosed. There is a back gate that leads on to the lane where you will find your parking spaces.
Access
The approach to the house has a paved path and three steps to the front door. The rear garden is accessed via the master bedroom and has a small, decked area that leads to a sloped lawn. The interior staircase has twelve treads and a turn in the middle, all with a handrail. Both floors are level with no steps or stairs.

10 Tregella has parking for two cars allocated.

The Cottage was generous with space and was well equipped with everything you need, lovely views, we enjoyed doing the Padstow puzzle when it rained. good location nice and quiet, not to far if you want to walk into town, just a little unsafe to walk along the road at night , we would definitely stay again we had a lovely relaxing holiday 😁

It was in the perfect location and had all the facilities needed. The upstairs living arrangement was such a great idea with wonderful views over fields. There were some lovely touches such as games, books and in the kitchen basic store cupboard items such as oil, sugar and salt.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 10 Tregella Farm and would happily return in the future. The property is set in a quiet rural location five minutes drive from Padstow. The property was furnished to a high standard, and there wasn’t anything that we needed that we couldn’t find to hand. The letting agents were prompt and proactive in contacting us with all correspondence and instructions being presented in a friendly and easy to follow manner. Would highly recommend.
