Introduction
No 4 is a beautifully renovated townhouse offering a welcoming space for the whole family, located within a five-minute walk of Padstow’s lively harbour and town centre. Set out over three floors, the accommodation offers four spacious bedrooms sleeping eight guests, and as this property is decidedly dog- friendly, there is plenty of room for the furrier ones in the family too! Decorated in a beautiful coastal style, No 4 has the perfect layout for holiday life, offering a fabulous and relaxing base for your party, whatever the season.
Nearby
Situated near the mouth of the Camel Estuary, Padstow offers a huge range of activities to tempt the adventurers in your party, including coasteering and paddle boarding, cycling along the renowned Camel Trail cycle path or heading out on a speedboat with Padstow Sea Life Safari. Surf lessons are available on most local beaches or hop on the ferry over to Rock to explore the other side of the estuary. The Southwest Coast Path will take you towards Harlyn Bay and Trevose Head, walk as far as you can then check out the bus routes for a speedier trip back!!
Padstow is home to a large selection of eateries, including Rick Steins flagship, the Seafood Restaurant as well as Paul Ainsworth’s highly regarded No 6 and the always buzzing Prawn On The Lawn. If fine dining isn’t your thing, you can be assured that you are never more than a few metres away from a wide choice of pasty or fish and chip options to keep the whole family fed and happy. Look out for seasonal pop-ups from some well-regarded chefs, they have a habit of popping up where you might least expect them!
Layout
A townhouse of generous proportions, you arrive to a well-lit hallway which leads to the pristine, open plan kitchen and dining area, fitted with everything you need to cook up a storm, should you choose to! With access to the enclosed rear courtyard from the dining area, there is plenty of room for kids and dogs to wander in and out safely. The cosy and modern sitting area has a Scandi-Luxe feel, with plenty of sofa and beanbag spots for the whole family to chillout together. The ground floor hallway also has a WC and plenty of room for coats and boots, should the weather be less than sunny!
The coastal vibe continues on the first floor, with white-washed floorboards and a relaxing colour palette of blues and greys which echo beautifully with the views of sea and sky. This floor is home to a spacious king size bedroom, a small double, and a bunk room, perfect for the smaller ones in the party. A large, light-filled family bathroom leads off the landing, with views over to Rock and Daymer Bay.
Up another flight of stairs to the top of the house, you will find a spacious master bedroom with a small double bed and breath-taking views over the estuary and out to sea. This truly is a room in which to take time-out and relax.
The rear courtyard is enclosed with a storage shed which houses extra outdoor tables and chairs if needed.

Great stay, good location, short walk to harbour.
Angela, September 2024
Had the most wonderful stay, the house just wrapped itself around us as soon as we walked in so we felt immediately at home. Everything was perfect, so well equipped, scrupulously clean and just a few minutes walk into Padstow. Would definitely stay again. Honestly I have nothing to say on what I think could be improved – it was just perfect. We had the best time and your home felt like ours the minute we walked in.
Rebecca, August 2024
We had an amazing holiday – and would definitely stay here again. It was a fabulous house located close to everything in Padstow. We went on a sea safari, cycled The Camel Trail, ate at some fabulous restaurants and even did a trip up to Tintagel.

Clean well equipped accommodation. The city center was within easy walking distance. There was always a parking space in the street for the car. Questions from us were answered immediately and very friendly.

Excellent property, clean, well equipped, excellent location
Christopher, May 2024
Had a great stay, a great location for us over the May Day week, sleeps eight.
Ideally located for us. A short walk from the quay side, and the local pubs and restaurants. A slightly longer walk to the main grocery store in the town, but needed the exercise so no worries there. Close to my mother’s house. St George’s Well, and Tregirls Beach are closer and easier to get to than Brea Beach, and you don’t need the Ferry.
Graham, May 2024
Excellent house, totally as described in an ideal location just a few minutes walk from the town of Padstow. Ideal for families.
Michele, April 2024

This beautiful cottage has been lovingly renovated to a very high standard and feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The calming blue and white interior a constant reminder that you are at the coast and there are some spectacular views of the estuary. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly want and some. It is only short walk into the village and all the amazing restaurants, cafes and shops, and around the corner there is the endless sandy beach. What we enjoyed most was that we could park our car and walk everywhere for a whole week. Our dogs and us have had the most wonderful holiday and we were very sad to leave. We would love to book this cottage again!

Janey, March 2023
This is a lovely property, only 5 minutes walk from Padstow town & the Camel Trail. One of the bedrooms & the bathroom look out over the estuary which is an extra special treat. The house has been very well decorated throughout, nicely styled & furnished, & it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you would need & the layout of the downstairs worked well on the evenings we ate in. There are three good-sized double bedrooms (with the one at the top of the house worth the rush up the stairs to bagsy it first) & a cute little bunk bed room; 2 have TVs, the linen was high quality & the beds extremely comfortable.
Melanie, March 2023
This felt like a home and our dogs were welcomed as if at home. Even a jar of dog treats! Equipped for every eventuality! Warm and comfortable. Spectacular views from top bedroom. We will definitely return!
Jude, February 2023
A really lovely property, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location. Lots of special touches such as a bottle of bubbles and dog treats on arrival! Towels were super fluffy and bedding bouncy and fresh and the most amazing room with a view at the top of the house. We had a wonderful week and were very sad to leave.

Great communication, and a lovely stay in Padstow. No. 4 Glynn Road was the perfect base for our family week away. Every detail was thought of with some lovely extra touches like dog treats, children’s craft activities and tablet charge cables. The house was recently refurbished and like new.
